Great Purchase

"I ordered this very old movie for my aunt on 2/16/18. The FAQ said the movie would go out in 10-20 business days. I received an email on 3/7 indicating the movie was mailed and it gave me a shipment number. On 3/21 I received it, although the tracking info on USPS made it look like it was stuck at my local USPS center for a few days, so I probably should have had it 3-4 days earlier.

Pay attention

"I've seen some complaints about this company, but they all seem to be in the same vein and I think people aren't paying attention. I know nobody reads terms and conditions on any site, but that's how you end up with a misunderstanding. Once I understood the policies I had no further complaints or concerns. LTC requires you to check a box indicating you've read their shipping and return policies prior to placing your order. These policies include:

1) In stock items ship within 10-20 business days - if you can't tell if your stuff is in stock I suggest you email them.

2) Out of stock items can take 4-6 weeks to ship - again email them if you have questions about this

3) If you have in stock and out of stock items they may choose to send the in stock items now and the out of stock stuff at a later date. This does not mean you are only getting part of your order period. Although I could do without the term that this shipping policy is at their discretion and they can charge additional shipping costs for multiple shipments :/

4) They don't accept cancellations until at least 6 weeks have passed. I'm assuming this is tied to their 4-6 week shipping time frame for out of stock items. If you need something sooner than 6 weeks I would recommend contacting them prior to ordering to see if you can get a more definitive ETA.

catchy review

"Communication with LTC has been decent, but the product was good and the service quick. I ordered a DVD on Feb. 1st and never received a confirmation email nor have I received any other "useful" emails or communications regarding my order. Ten days later I got my item, although it never seemed to update in their system. Must be a glitch somewhere.

No problems.....

"I ordered two movies "View from Pompey's Head " and the "Iron Man". Pompey came in defective and would not play. I E-Mailed requesting a new disc, or least desirable a refund of what I had been charged. I was informed a new one would be sent. After a short wait I received a good CD.

Never received my DVD

"I ordered a DVD on dec 19,2017. 3 1/2 months later and still no product. Telephone answering machine is full and cannot receive any new messages. Have emailed constantly was finally told it would go in the mail last Friday. Still says in shipping queue on my account. I guess that was another lie. Never order from these people. "
