"So I'm a first time business owner. And I went against the grain and order from Lovely wholesale. A big mistake, I received my order which I paid over 600 bucks. I was missing several items from my order. I contacted them in regards to the missing items and an error in a product that was ordered.It awhile for them to respond, once they did I was asked to list the items missing. Once I did, I was then asked to send pictures. Sent pictures of the items missing and sizes along with a dress order that was suppose to be grey but they sent me blue. After that I didn't hear from them anymore. I requested for them to just send me the items I ordered that I was missing because I wanted them. No response, sent another message 3 days later to check the status of my claim. I receive a message from them stating I got what I ordered and have a nice day. Smh"
"I purchased 2 pairs of plus size swimmers. They arrived in a very timely manner, the quality was great and the sizing ( unfortunately for my judgment ) was true to size. That made mine too big because I was expecting small sizing.
I contacted lovelywholesale and they responded promptly. Blair organised a credit so I could get the size I need and they too arrived quite quickly. Extremely pleased with everything from the product to the customer service. Thank you."

"YESSSS!!! I will definitely continue shopping with Lovely Wholesale because they never disappoint. Every month, I order from Lovely Wholesale (because their clothes are so cheap and they offer free shipping on orders over $99) and each month I am happy with the clothes I receive. The reason why I always have great clothes is because I look at the description box to check the materials and I check my measurements to make sure the clothes fit me. I am looking at these low reviews and it looks like several people probably did not check the description box or check their measurements. US sizes and Chinese sizes are completely different....just a tip if you are reading and are thinking about shopping with them. Do not hesitate to shop with them. I am sure you will LOVE their clothes. If you are still hesitant, I actually did a try-on haul for LW where I gave honest reviews and people could see the clothes before they purchased. I will continue shopping with Lovely Wholesale! I was pleased with the fast shipping too. It came from China but took less than 20 days.

"I placed an order on 8/3 and I continue to get the run around with the shipping and tracking. I was first told my order has shipped there's no tracker info anywhere I was then told it was in customs I was then told it was being processed and the list goes on. I then submitted a ticket got the scripted response everyone gets. I have now been block from submitting a ticket and have no clue on what's going on with my order. I wish I had followed my norm and checked the BBB first. They now have 300 of my money."
