Fraud

"I had ordered a mini backpack for my niece and I was told that it was delivered to my house and when I called FedEx to confirm that I didn't receive it I gave them my information and they said that it was delivered to another address. I was scammed, never buying from them anymore. I sent loungefly customer service a message and nobody has responded me in over a week. I'm super mad."

This company is very unprofessional

"I ordered and I’m trying to make a return and they lack customer service, return system is the worse not consistent & untrustworthy (good luck hearing back from ****@****) I don’t plant to ever order from Loungefly again, including through any retailer selling their items."

Honestly grossly underwhelmed for the price

"One of the first things I noticed apon opening my brand new 40 dollar wallet I got for myself was the cheap feel I thought I could look past it but after only having thisthing a few hours I've decided to return it ASAP. And get a cheaper higher quality wallet else where I'm honestly really disappointed."

Very bad E-Commerce experience

"I wouldn’t recommend them, they never sent me the bag I order.

We are sorry to hear that you have received the unsatisfied products.
Could you please send us the photo of your received items to confirm this issue?
After that, we will provide a solution to solve this problem.

The solution from Loungefly is a 7$ coupon for my next purchase :-) no way I will be buying bag from them again

Absolute junk...cheaply made...do NOT buy

"My pre-teen daughter saved up her own money and purchased this. And of no fault other own the back strap anchor unraveled and the bag is useless now. She treated this thing so carefully and cherished it. But it wasn't properly stitched. I contacted Loungefly and they refuse to stand behind their products. All they offered was a 20% discount to purchase more of their junk...laughable!

So you've been warned my friends. This is overpriced cheaply made stuff. Don't buy.

Straps pealed after only one year

"My daughter and I bought our backpacks about 7 months apart. Just after one year the straps on mine started to peal in multiple places. I contacted Loungefly and they would not replace my backpack. I was surprised because you pay so much for it I thought they should stand behind their products.

Horrible customer service

"I ordered a backpack before Christmas. It took several days to receive an order confirmation. I sent an email to customer support asking for an estimated delivery date but received no response. I got an email that said it was shipping but it took a week for the item to be received at the USPS. Meanwhile, no communications from Loungefly. USPS estimates another week before delivery. Assuming it get delivered on time, 3.5 weeks to receive the item, no response from customer support and no estimated delivery date from Loungefly. I’ll never order from them again. "

Poor Quality

"Paid A LOT of money for a Disney Villains handbag and thought it was worth it because it's awesome. One year later the material is peeling off the purse handle and I rarely use this bag. I've had much cheaper bags last a lot longer and am extremely disappointed. Will not be buying any of their products in the future."

Shipping and CS is invisible

"I was ordering my friend a birthday present. I ordered on December 21st, knowing full well that the holiday closures would mean that shipping wouldn't happen within the "2 business days within ordering except during holidays" policy. However, it's gotten quite ridiculous. I used their online submission to ask if they had an update on January 2nd. Instead of getting a reply, within hours I received a "shipping" notification. According to USPS tracking, the label has been created, however 5 days later and it has yet to be dropped off at a post office. I'm disappointed I didn't read the reviews on this site before purchasing. I love Loungefly products and have several, but I will only buy through a third party in the future instead of directly through Loungefly's website. If I had purchased through a third party my friend would have received her present well before her birthday. Sadly it's now past her birthday, though I know IF the gift ever gets there she will enjoy it. Honestly Loungefly needs to either HIRE a dedicated shipping specialist or SOLELY selling through third parties. "

Absolutely non-existent customer service.

"I got one of their bags and it broke the first time I used it. Stitching came apart, the zippers fell off, the whole nine yards. I brought it to a funeral, not to be a castmember on Survivor.

I've emailed them multiple times, no response, tried to fill out their online form, no response, left messages on Facebook, no response.

Absolute trash company and products. Do they even have a phone number?

Scammy Return Policy

"got wife a wallet for her birthday, ended up not liking it. So my first problem with them is they never sent me a confirmation email or anything like that when I ordered a wallet. got a paypal receipt but nothing else. I emailed their customer service and they said they'd look into it and that they've been having problems with the ordering lately. Never received any invoice or confirmation number. Still got the item, so no big deal, but it comes into play when i had my most recent issue...
Their return policy is borderline fraud. You have 10 days from when you purchased something to return it
making it nearly impossible to actually return anything because it took about 10 days to get here. It's not from when it was delivered, but from when you bought it (so i was kind of screwed from the get-go because i bought the wallet a few weeks before wife's birthday). With CS, I was asked for my confirmation number. I explained my first issue, and she couldn't help me. The best part? I wrote that the return procedure link in their FAQ section just redirects you to the homepage, so I asked her for the procedure to try and return it anyways. CS just reiterated the exact 10 day policy I originally asked about, and told me the website has all of their return instructions...completely ignoring anything I actually had a concern about. Now i'm stuck with a dumb $40 wallet.

"I ordered a bag twice. Every time they said my bank flagged as suspected fraud. However, according to my online statement, they charged me. So who is getting my money? I have to call my bank to dispute the amount. The company is probably a fraud."

Not the best of quality

"I paid $70 dollars for my chip n dale backpack. I got it as a mothers day gift so have had it for less than a month. Already the paint is starting to rub off which shouldn't happen with normal use. Disappointing to say the least."
