"This site is a scam. Even has fake coupon codes to lure you in. Promises you free shipping and everything. I really wish I would have read all the reviews because they were dead-on. I got an email after placing the order and they withdrew the money immediately from my account. That was the last I have ever heard from them other than some emails advertising more products. I called the number on the site numerous times every time being sent to voicemail and emailed with no response either. I finally had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Hopefully if enough people do this these con artists will be shut down."

"I placed an order with lotion source on 4/6/2011. On that very day I received an automated email that said my product was on back order but was expected to be in by the end of the week. (Same story I now read throughout reviews and complaints). On 4/7/2011, (even though my stuff was supposedly on "backorder"), they took my money from my account. After 5 emails and one phone call to which I had to elave message, not one reply back from them with an update on my order. You can find their number at the BBB. By the way, their rating is an "F". DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I filed a fraud claim with my bank and should be receiving my money back soon, and also filed a claim with BBB in Vancouver, WA. THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUT DOWN AND REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET!!! The positive reviews you may read are quite franklyo, sketchy. I think it's them personally."

Today is the 1 st of April 2011 and still no responds.

Items not in stock,than there should let costumer before there Order that the Item is not in stock.

"I still have not received my package (tanning lotion - $60.00) and it has been over 2 weeks. I was informed by Lotion Source that the package was to be sent out within the week. I wish that I had found reseller ratings prior to my transaction, as it would have saved me a lot of time. I value time over money, so the amount saved for the tanning lotion was completely cancelled out by the amount of time that has been wasted in this ordeal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!!!
To sum it up: Quick to charge, slow as molasses to ship. That is, if they even plan on shipping my $60.00 bottle of lotion. BTW, they do not have a contact number, which is quite sketchy for any "business". A source of contact is imperative in regards to customer service."

A few days later I received a notification from paypal that the shipping label was cancelled.
Since then I emailed them 3x without a reply. Have not received product or refund.
BEWARE - Do NOT order from this place. Plenty of other complaints on different sites all state that they take your money but don't ship item(s).
Should be investigated for fraud. I filed a paypal claim and hopefully can recoup my $$$$. "

They charged my account same day and I have heard nothing further about my order although I've received several emails about new products I can purchase. I have emailed their company 3 times and have left 3 voicemails on their "answering machine". I called back today hoping some one would answer and the mail box is full.
Unless this business fell in to a sinkhole I really see no excuse for such horrendous service.
