"I recently bought several shirts from Loops & Pluto and had a great experience. I googled Loops & Pluto and found these poor reviews. Very surprised. I fully back this company and had no issues with customer service or shipping time. The other reviews are a few years old, so maybe that's why."

"WORST Customer service of any place I ever shopped with. As the previous poster stated, they do NOT respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I paid for a shirt on April 7-- they sent the wrong size. I had to submit an exchange request that they did not respond to for almost a month (after many emails to them). I shipped the shirt back the day after the exchange was approved and had to wait ANOTHER month (after more emails and phone calls). They said they shipped the shirt, but the tracking number is invalid. We'll see. I'll never shop with them again. BUYER BEWARE!!"

"I placed an order in November 2009 for two t-shirts, one of which was on backorder. My card was charged and, after a month of waiting, I contacted the company to find out what was going on with my order. I sent two emails that went unanswered, but then I got a shipping notice, so I figured everything was fine. When I got the shipment, I received only one of the shirts and the invoice noted that the other shirt would ship separately. Now, almost 3 months after my initial order, I still haven't received the other shirt, despite the fact that it went back on sale on their site with no indication of backorder. I've emailed them about it and have given them plenty of time to respond, but they have not. They also do not respond to phone calls - their voice mail picks up and you can leave a message, but they don't call back. I'm highly disappointed in their level of service, which is basically non-existent. I'm not sure how they expect to run a company and keep customers if they take their money and can't bother to answer their emails. I won't order from them again."
