"Here is the absolute truth, and this is my personal experience with Logoinn. Logoinn customer service team members are horrendous. They treat you differently and because of that you need to be careful you do not lock yourself into a contract that leaves you frustrated and exhausted. They have been working on my website - a very simple website - for over 7 months which is ridiculous. My experience with their support team, sales team, and even managers have been distressing and severe. All their support team members have operated completely unprofessionally and even members of their sales team also. I have been subjected to continual harassment by especially the support team. I've had the teephone hung up on me, them state they will save my telephone numbers in order to not pick up my calls whilst they are under a contract to complete my website to a professional standard. The developers work with cruel intentions on your project if for any reason they have to 'mess' up your work they will do that, and my project and business has suffered greatly as a result. There is so much that can be said about Logoinn but I would seriously advice anyone thinking about using their services to try elsewhere. I have never come into contact with such behaviour and conduct in the UK as I have with Logoinn - and that is the total truth! If they want to hurt you they'll do it by damaging the work you have contracted to them. They are a group of smart, young guys that operate maliciously if they feel the need to. They are not good and professional. Put professionalism out of it because they will exploit you if they perceive they can. So be very careful and read their TERM and CONDITIONS very carefully first before trapping yourself. I am still trying to get them to complete my website and it has ben going on for over 7 months. They are really bad! You can get good service without any hassle and pain and bad intentions carried out by their designers and developers to damage your business elsewhere. "
