some good some bad

"Ordered 3 dozen custom rocks glasses - which turned out amazing. However several were broken in shipment. The glasses weren't packaged that well in their own box - only separated with one thin sheet of cardboard. However that box was in another box packaged very well so it is what it is. They credited me for the broken glasses no harm no foul just FYI.

I also ordered 72 of their stainless steel bottle openers. This is where I had my major issue. The product was stout, very thick metal however every single piece had flaws. They were riddled with gouges, scratches, and our logo was missing a significant amount of color on the product! The product they sent me looked like raw stampings and NOTHING like the photos on their site.
After a lot of back and forth they gave me 10% off my order. I was somewhat satisfied with the resolution. In my opinion the product should have easily been caught by QA and not shipped looking the way it did.

I find their setup fees a bit steep and the highest I've ever paid for custom products $90!

I would consider using them again for the glasses as long as they waive the setup fee. I absolutely would not use them again for the bottle openers. I do find it concerning you can't find any information as to where the company is physically located, no phone number, and all the reviews on their site are several years old.
