"BEWARE - This is definitely the worst logo company which I have ever dealt with..
They have a nice website with great salespeople just to lure you in but then for me it all went down hill rapidly. Please don't fall for it because my story can happen to you.
The designs were amateur and they lacked any creativity whatsoever, so I decided to Google a few key words for my idea to try to help them.
After a few Google searches I discovered that they used stock photography for a few of my designs and tried to pass them off to me as original art work.
Can you imagine if I had selected a stock photo as my company logo?? and the lawsuits that might follow if my company becomes big?
I decided that I couldn't work with them, so I cancelled my entire order since they had offered a full money back guarantee.
This led to a call from "ROY" who uses a phony British accent and calls me bro. He begged for forgiveness to try to get me back on board but I said no. All I wanted was to part ways and find a new company that I could trust with my idea and money.
This guy would not stop and I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company.
That Led to more calls from ROY who then started to threaten me. He claimed that he will ruin me and my credit history for life. I just laughed at him because I'm not dumb enough to fall for it.
Fast forward many months later and they are still trying to get any money they can from from my credit card company. I have never seen a business do anything like this to that extent when they admitted to me that they were wrong in writing. I even told them I will write this truthful review and Roy told me that it didn't matter nor do they care. It's unbelievable!

"Take your business elsewhere unless you can wait months for your service to be completed. They will upsell you and then ask over and over again even when you say you're not interested. Thomas Mark from professional development hasn't got back to me one time without me begging for an answer on where they're at with the process. I don't think I would ever hear from them again if I hadn't texted/emailed/called after going weeks without hearing anything. "

"This company is the worse for doing business. I have all the same experiences. It has taken me over six weeks to get my finalized logo. The account manager was very poor when it came to communicating. I suggest you do your homework on this company. They advertise low prices, but will try and up-sell you after they have completed your project. When called them to finalize my logo, they tried to sale me a copy write package for $161.00 and when I refused they got mad and said that I need to work with them. Suggesting that I did not have an option. If this experience was better, I probably would have purchased the package, but no way. I really wish I would have read the other reviews before wasting my time and money."

"It's been over a month now and I am still waiting to receive the stationary, last week they told me it will be Monday or Tuesday, it is now Friday, the entire week has passed now, and I haven't even seen the banner, which that's probably another 2 or 3 weeks if make any changes, overall, I think is going to take almost 2 months to have everything finalized.
Does not seem that Logo Venture does any designs, I think they hire a 3rd vendor, all my communications comes from someone from
Teamworks.com which they are doing all the designs, and they try to sell me the same package I purchased from Logo Venture, they told me if I wanted stationary and banner I should purchase a package, I told him I already purchased that packaged and that included the stationary and banners, he now says it only includes one banner and he will only design one banner, which he should have designed and I have reviewed some time ago, instead, I am still fighting to get the final stationary so I can go and have my business cards printed and a banner on I don't know where it will fit. Do not use this company, it is bad. "
"Terrible company, I purchased a vector format logo and social media banner and they failed to do both. They never responded and deleted my file. They essentially stole my money and wasted my time. I strongly recommend every person to stay away, very bad news."
"They advertise a low rate for a design. And if you are not a designer (like I am not), then it sounds like a good deal. Turns out you will need to pay three times as much to get the "formats" that you actually need. Then throughout the process you will continuously be hit with more pesky phone calls for sales pitches to up sell or cross sell you.
By the end of this whole process, they would not even give me the logo that I choose the way that I wanted it. There are PLENTY of other logo designers on the internet. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! TRUST ME."
