"Did not received all my items. No response to emails or phone calls. I will probably have to contact credit card company for refund.

There website has a ton of spelling errors....and the invoice I received in the mail seems to be based on a simple computer system. Looks like a mom and pop garage based operation.

UPDATE DEC 9TH...

I actually was able to talk to a human being. This is the deal. when they create the order..the warehouse ships out the stuff. However, there is no checking on what the warehouse ships. So if the warehouse ships less..the main office does not know this. You have to tell them what is missing since there is no record of what is sent. Now you realize this place is a complete mess.

"Extremely unprofessional service. I will not be ordering from LockNLockPlace.com again. Order took 8 days to process and ship. Calls and emails to customer service went unanswered. By the time the order was shipped, one of the ordered items was no longer in stock. There was no mention of this on packing invoice or indication of how this would be resolved. Additional attempts to contact customer service over the course of a few days went to voicemail, which was full. I was finally able to get some acknowledgment by posting on their Facebook wall and received notice of partial refund. I still haven't been able to talk to a customer service representative, despite leaving emails and messages. I would recommend finding another source for purchasing Lock & Lock products."
