"Technicians had a bit of a language barrier with English as an accent. But all three people I worked with when a couldn't understand them were very patient with me and great to articulate even clearer. Doesn't always happen that way. So appreciate. Also Gloria was great to explain this company and understood the "trust factor". And all people I came in contact with were great to explain and understand my concerns. All were very thorough and my computer certainly seems to work well. At least it is playing with me now, :+)"
