"I purchased the Dr Mercola Pet Probiotics and it gave both my dogs diarrhea. There is no money back guarantee and no refunds once the product has been opened, so it is a waste of money. I have used a couple of other probiotics for my dogs in the past and never had an issue like this. Don't waste your money on this product, it is not what it claims to be and it may actually make your dog sick."

"I have placed several orders with Live Superfoods during the past year, and I have been very pleased with all my orders. Shipping was always free because my orders totaled more than $49 for each purchase. I have spoken to customer service several times and found them to be very helpful and accommodating. The prices for my items were less than or equal to the pricing at other websites, and the items were shipped the same day they were ordered and arrived quickly and safely. Based on my experiences, I recommend livesuperfoods.com and will continue to shop there based on their prices and service."

"I purchased Ron Teeguarden's Dragon Herbs bottle of Bupleurum & Peony from LiveSuperfoods. Fast shipping and at a great price. I'm giving it 3 stars b/c I had submitted a review that never got posted because it was a bit negative. While the price is awesome compared to the original price off of Dragon Herb's website, I am not sure about the purity of the product. For one, these pills (the herb powder inside the capsules) are hard as a rock and the capsule itself looked like plastic and felt like plastic. I had to take out the herb pill, take it, and test the capsule under hot water to see if it even melted. Because of that,I don't know if the pill is even being absorbed. Whereas the pills I took from Dragon Herbs were not hard and the capsule was very thin. Secondly, while the labels seems nearly identical to the original Dragon Herb bottle, including the info that it was manufactured in California, it did not carry the disclaimer that is required by California law on lead. This leads me to believe that it was not manufactured in California (where I live) and makes me doubt the authenticity of this product. The original bottle from Dragon Herbs yielded immediate results and took away all bloating resulting in a flatter belly and finally made me menstruate after 6 months in 3 days. This bottle has not produced such an effect. I'm almost finished with the bottle I purchased from LiveSuperFoods and I think I'll be going back to spending more money by buying it directly from Dragon Herbs again. Bummer...I loved the price of these but I am not convinced that this is a genuine product. Or, it may be but a really old batch? My original bottle from DH doesn't have an expiration date, it just says MFD: 1/3/2013 while the bottle from LiveSuperFoods says EXP: 01/2016."

"Live Superfoods had on their Web site an item called "raw balsamic vinegar." I had never seen raw balsamic vinegar sold anywhere else, so I ordered it. Well, it turns out that the vinegar was *not* raw after all. So, I called them and told them about the mistake. They acknowledged that they had made a mistake, and eventually sent me a UPS label to return the item. (Which was actually pretty cheap of them. Most companies would have said, "Just keep the vinegar for free--it was our mistake. We're sorry and want to keep you as a customer.") Anyway, the box with the vinegar would not fit inside a UPS dropoff box, and there is no UPS customer-service center or anything similar within 20 miles of my house. So, I asked them if they wanted to schedule a UPS pickup. Unfortunately, they started playing passive-aggressive games with me--not answering my e-mails and/or not answering the question. Finally, I told them point-blank: "You can either schedule a UPS pickup, or I will have to dispute the charge with my credit-card company. What would you like to do?" Guess what? They never responded. No surprise there. So, I disputed the charge with my credit-card company.

Furthermore, the macadamia nuts I ordered from them were rancid. I should have disputed the charge for those as well, but I didn't, unfortunately.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. They are dishonest, greedy, and rude--and the macadamia nuts they sell are rancid.

No wonder the Better Business Bureau has given them a D rating!
