"I searched for the best price I could find for Adobe Acrobat X Professional and located it with Little Soft Shop. I was skeptical at first but felt the price was worth the risk. Especially since I was after 2 activations. They sent me the activation code and download address all within a day after my payment was processed. I followed the directions and had no problem downloading and activating. I haven't used the product much yet, but previous Adobe documents I have seem to work fine. I sent the same info to my daughter in CA a week later and although she has a slower PC, she was able to download and activate the software without any problem either. All you get is the software download and nothing else. If you don't need any further literature or other info on the Adobe product, the Windows download version is worth considering. At some point in the future, I will need to get another PC and will attempt to remove and re-install on replacement PC. That will be another milestone and at that time, I will contact Little Soft Shop or Adobe if I run into problems. For now, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service."

"Tried using Little Soft Shop for the purchase of an OEM version of Windows Professional 64-bit. I've purchased OEM software in the past with very little issue because I am generally aware of the fraud that often permeates the reselling of such software. Little Soft Shop stated on the product that what they were selling is a "full version of the software which will include the installation disc(s), Certificate of Authenticity, and product keycode/serial number (if necessary)."

What I received was a Dell Windows recovery disk with no CoA or serial number. When I complained they tried to differentiate between "branded" and OEM even though their own site calls the disk "Full - OEM".

I am awaiting another reply now to my ulitmatum that they will pay for the return shipping, but, regardless, I can guarantee that they intended to use this ploy as a way to fool people. Strongly suggest to avoid because of such tactics."

I have tried to contact them by phone, however of the 5 choices of departments I can reach no one. I get a message at each saying the mailbox is full. The Better Business Bureau has a different address than the one on their website, which can be understood as a move to a different address or it could be an evasive move. I am at this time trying to get my money back. Buy at your own risk."
