"I'm surprised I didn't go 3 stars or lower but incredibly low price and they did resolve my issues, but it took 4 hours out of my life. Maybe I was the first person to purchase MS Project from LSS? In any case, the link they sent me to download the software brought me to a MS site. What they didn't say on their web site or tell me when I called is that MS makes you create a MS account to get to the download. Well Bill Gates wants to know everything from your job description to your blood type...read: waste of my time! Created my account and...Ahh finally the promised land...here is the download button. The description said it was the full professional version but was a trial version...kind of an oxymoron. Call LSS asking if this is the right version? LSS said the key they sent me would unlock it to a full version. I clicked the download button and what was downloaded was a "disc image file". OK click on that file and up pops a disc image burner window. Looked for options and nothing. OK now I have to waste time finding a disc...I stopped using disc quite a while ago. OK burn to disk and voila the disc image file is now burned to the disc. Try to open the file on the disc and...What's this? disc image burner window opens. now I'm really frustrated. Why would this file want to burn to disc when it's already on disc?!!!! Now I'm stuck in an endless do loop! unfortunately it's now 4:05 and LSS is a 9-4 business and I need this software to create a time line to satisfy a customer IMMEDIATELY! Call MS directly instead and after two hours they could not resolve the issue. Call LSS as soon as they open next day having missed my customer commitment and after an hour or so they direct me to "7-zip" to download another program which was finally able to extract the files from the Disc Image File I had downloaded from MS. I always think of bit I heard a comedian do ...would you accept this from a car? If your car just randomly locked up while you were driving it and you had to pull over and reboot? Or in my case you wanted to take a new road and had to spend 4 hrs over the course of 2 days to download a map that would allow your car access to this new road...Mr. Gates seems to have us by the &@!!$$ and LSS was not kind enough to take a test drive before they sold me this little gem. In the end it was a great price and they did resolve my issues but come on try your product before you sell the first copy!"

"I purchased Office Pro 2010 Download in Jan 2013. I was able to complete the purchase and download quickly and simply. However, I did not have time to actually install on my system for a couple months (due to learning curve time to go from Office 2003 to 2010 - wanted to wait until tax season was over). When I did try to extract the ZIP file, it was corrupt. When I tried to contact the company, no one answered calls or emails for days...and, it turns out their site had been hacked. After about 5 days, someone did contact me and they were able to get me a new download file which has successfully downloaded and installed. So, some of my 3-star ratings are due to my particular circumstance amidst their website challenges - not the normal course of business for them. AND, somewhat self inflicted since I did not immediately extract and install the downloaded file to discover the corruption earlier. So, I would recommend this company. They have followed through with integrity to make sure my order was tended to properly.

"Unfortunately this was a very bad experience. It wasn’t clear from the purchase process that I needed to have a specific install from the shop. Therefore I downloaded Microsoft Office Professional from MSN directly and was expecting the code they sent me to work. It of course didn't. As such, I couldn’t use their product. I really can’t uninstall and then reinstall from their link because that would frankly erase everything I’ve done.

When I requested a refund, I got a one sentence reply with 'sorry too late'. They refuse to issue a refund despite the fact that it's never been used.
