No details of how to access the "24/7" help?
Have sent six requests for a refund and trackable return label!
They have not had the decency to reply OR acknowledge my requests!
An absolute waste of money AND a customer service system, second to none! That cannot stand by it's claims. They post false claims on Facebook. NOT a company to deal with, UNLESS, you want to be ignored and sorely disappointed? I have copies of my requests, should they ever reply, I wonder what excuses they come up with? This is not the end of the matter, I am £49.99p out of pocket and will persue the matter as far as necessary to get my money back and inform potential customers of the disgraceful way they ignore problems! "
