"I purchased a microphone preamp, which I had been saving up for and selling gear for for quite some time, through reverb.com. 4 days later I was notified that my money was refunded because, 'the unit was sold on another channel'. There were 10+ units supposedly available, and the EXACT link to the same item still shows Little Fish Audio having these units, but all they did was up the price by almost $800 per unit, and proceeded to tell me that, 'whoops', we don't have any of those units... They continue to leave the ad up with the units for sale. More than a 'little fishy' I'd say. Be sure to avoid..."
"I bought a pair of monitors from little fish audio for what seemed like a really good price. Instead of the monitors they sent me a DI box, and by the time I received it the price on the monitors had gone up $130 dollars. So then they lied and said they didn't have the monitors in stock anymore, while Amazon says little fish audio still has 8 pairs.
It seems pretty obvious they made a pricing error and rather than stand by it (or even be honest about it) they would rather waste my time returning merchandise I didn't order.

"My first order with Little Fish will be my last. I purchased a $1,300 item with 3rd day delivery on the Saturday after black Friday. I never received a confirmation of the order or payment. I called the following Monday and spoke with someone claiming to be the owner who, without checking, said "oh yeah, it's down in shipping and going out today. We'll keep you posted" and quickly got off the phone.
I waited until Friday with still no confirmation, no tracking number, and no item. I called again and spoke with a lady who actually checked the status and said it wasn't going to ship for another week. I asked for a refund and she said she would process it in the next 10 minutes.
I'm writing this on the day I was supposed to be using my item for a recording project - no item, no refund and still no email confirmation. Also, the email listed with PayPal is not a valid address. I am as far from impressed as humanly possible.
I also wanted to add that the item was listed as "in stock" and has been "in stock" this entire week. Don't trust this company or its inventory system!!!"
"I had not done any business with Little Fish Audio before this Black Friday weekend. By chance I contacted them because I had waited for 3 days just to get answers from other dealers to questions about buying Waves plugins and using vouchers.
The service I got from LFA was fantastic! They answered my emails within minutes, matched the competitors' best prices without complaints and promised me these prices, including voucher deduction, even when it was unsure if I could get my voucher in before the end of the sale (this was communicated with Waves).
I was impressed by the way Little Fish Audio handled the business, especially under the chaotic circumstances (i.e. Cyber Monday sales). They were fast, responsive, hassle-free, service minded and very friendly! Thanks to them I managed to get just the deals I wanted, at the very best prices, during this crazy sale.

"When I came across LittleFishAudio.com I had to check online to see if it was a scam site or not. The prices for the audio software I was looking for were cheaper than everyone else. It turns out that they are real, they are just a small company. I ordered my software and selected the "download" delivery option. I did have to wait almost a full day before I was able to download my purchase, but it was all legit and not a scam. Most of the other software I wasn't interested in is relatively cheaper than most places. It just turns out that what I was looking for was cheaper than everyone else. I was most interested in some Refills for Reason 3 (the Sonic Reality Miroslav series) which IF I could find them elsewhere, they were 25% or more than Little Fish Audio. They seem to have some issues with payment processing atm, but could be due to the storm Isaac, most likely due to the domain lease expiring and coming back. The site is back now, but until they get their domain issues sorted, expect some email difficulty.
