"Just picked up our new 2024 AWD Sienna from Lithia in Billings and Terrence our sales rep spent a couple hours with us and did an excellent job going through every feature, including setting up all our cell phone connections, the Toyota app and driving around with us for a few miles to make sure we we comfortable with all the new technology.

Slow shipping

"Ordered 4 days ago, was planning on conducting maintenance this weekend. Still do not have any tracking information. The number on my invoice is "out of service". They are 130 miles from me so was expecting a relatively short shipping time. However, if they don't ship the items that seems moot."

2024 RAV4 LE AWD

"Made contact with Larissa via online chat. Explained what I wanted to purchase and agreed to a price. Went and bought Rav4 two days later on 31 January 2024. Don, the salesperson who I met at the dealership was amicable and knowledgeable. The finance person(Sara I think is her name) would benefit from improving on her people skills (I’m sure I could as well) but she was quick and efficient with getting the transaction completed. My new RAV4 was shiny and fuel tank was full. However none of the tires were inflated to 36 psi as recommended on the door jamb sticker. Two were over pressure and two were under pressure. Overall based on my personal experience, I would definitely buy from them again. Not only was it a great buying experience, it was worth my time and money to travel 1.5 hours and rent a U-Haul trailer to tow my new RAV4 home. Initially attempted to buy at local Toyota dealership within a few miles radius of my home in Powell but in the end, Lithia Toyota of Billings tried harder and earned my business. Thanks Lithia for a positive experience and outcome!"

"Order a part, get invoice, then nothing. Call and get put on hold forever.

Please give an estimated delivery time to the store and an update if delayed. I understand things happen and delays occur, no big deal. But let me know at least. Don't make me have to dig for answers.

"Your parts dept is very helpful, however, every time I order parts I have to call to get then shipped to me. This last time, I made the order, I've been invoiced, but have not received a tracking number. It simply takes longer than it should to receive the parts.

"I went in to get my steering checked. I noticed a small chatter when turning to full lock. The technician was unable to replicate the problem. They also checked two other concerns I had. Their response was that there was no immediate action to take. They also did a rear brake job on my Tundra. I am overall pleased with the service so far. "
