"Every time I need a part for one of my Subaru's I always end up at Lithia. Mostly because their prices are not just cheaper than basically all the other dealerships in the area, but they are close enough to me that I can drive over and pick up the items and skip the shipping costs. Even online when they have "sales", it's like they include the shipping costs in there so in the end the "28% off" prices is more like 7% off when shipping costs are included. Out of the other 7 Subaru dealerships I look at the purchase genuine Subaru parts, Lithia often times offers the best sales prices. There's literally 3 Subaru dealerships near me & I've never gone to them for any parts. Also, Lithia is very helpful in getting part numbers for you. Other dealerships want you to purchase or they won't give you part numbers for any Subaru parts. In fact, other dealerships want you to come in to "evaluate" problems with your car before giving you a quote for repairs even if you already know what you want done; they just want to make money off the troubleshooting service. Not at Lithia, they'll give you a quote for whatever service you're thinking of getting. Totally helpful folks over there."
