"The items was received sooner then I expected. I determined that if was shipped just a few miles from my home in California rather then from NY. The only problem was that the installation instructions were limited. It took me several trys to get it installed. I final had to disassemble everything then install the basic ball then assemble the parts on a ladder. The mount to the electrical box was poorly disigned caused wires to be twisted. However, we love the looks and brightness of the chandiliar."
