"I ordered this Uridine Monophosphate directly from Liftmode. I have ordered from this company a multitude of times as this is my go-to supplement/nootropics source usually.
The product quality itself seems top-tier as is typical, and expected, of Liftmode. The uridine is about the consistency of a very fine sugar. Slightly salty to taste, but just barely.
As far as use goes, I tried a 4th of the recommended dose to test tolerance and it definitely does seem to significantly affect dopamine, as in down-regulating. I was very flat and almost sad. I had anticipated this, as this down-regulation is what will allow for the effect I actually want from Uridine, repair and density of those receptors. I will continue to try to utilize this, but will definitely only take it right before bed.
All in all, I am pleased with this product.
