Sent it back for a refund in November 2018 and kept chasing for a refund. Till this day, I still haven't got a refund and heard back from them.

"Their customer service has improved since I first purchased my water filter unit. After reviewing other water filter units on the web, their systems appear to be the better units available. It has improved my drinking water so I no longer have to buy bottled water. I do use an external sodium filter that has improved the taste. I am now receiving confirmation emails when I place an order which I didn't when I first got my unit. "

"My wife - a MD and a functional medicine practioner- has been researching for a long time about water ionizers and she concluded for health benefits it is worth to buy one. Then my turn came, to decide to buy which water ionizer to buy. After three full days of searching, I ordered an MXL-9, under counter unit with customized prefilters. I preferred this unit because of its newer technology, made in Korea, BPA free plastics and easy to find replacement filters with overall affordable price compared to the other famous brands. The salesman, James, was very helpful; he had upgraded my original order of MXL-7 to MXL-9 with two customized filters at no additional cost.
I have received the unit three days later, in excellent packaging, no missing items, clear instructions. It took about an hour to install it, working excellent.
I hope alkaline water will help to improve my knee arthritis. Let's use it regularly for three months and I will give an update. "
"I purchased an M11 Life Ionizers unit in July of 2014 and have been very happy with my purchase for several reasons. First is knowing that I’m drinking healthy water instead of soft drinks or bottled water. When I change the large filter I can smell the sulfur that they have removed from my house water. Also saved a ton of money not buying those soft drinks or bottled water. Next reason is the positive experience I’ve had with Life Ionizers as a company. They have been very helpful with my questions and helped me when I was unsure about installation. My neighbors always tell me how great my water tastes when I give them a glass. The water tastes great and goes down so easy are the comments I hear. In closing, my decision to buy my “under the counter” unit seven years ago has never been unfavorable, I’m glad I did it.
