After checking out their website, I was amazed at how cheap all their stuff was, yet it was the same quality found in the stores for 2 or 3 times as much. Needless to say I purchased all new ski equipment for myself and snowboard gear for my son. The rep over the phone, Sam, was very patient and knowledgeable, and walked me through my entire order. The equipment arrived about a week later, and everything looks great and fits perfectly. From now on, any snow sports equipment will be purchased only from levelnine--period.
