"I have made a few purchases from Letus. The web page does not specify that the system requires O'Connor tripod for eye leveller to work. The web page specifies power cage for 5D but it should rather say that the power cage is only compatible with 5D mark II and will not accommodate 5DMkIII . As I have 5DMkIII I ended up with a useless power cage. The system arrived in shocking condition , loose parts in a soft cardboard box with some space filers. No proper packaging and as result some parts were damaged and many were scratched. As the Letus support was not addressing my problems I have contacted Shane Harlbut on FB to make him aware of poor customer service as I thought that his so intelligently designed set deserves much more professional support.
As to the product there are also some quality issues like the blue screws are easily breaking off but the set is very user friendly and well designed. Perhaps if it gets better support , dedicated packaging and some minor quality issues are addressed it could be leading product.

"I revived my item and while putting together my shoulder rig, I found that one of the connectors had the ends stripped. Tried to instal but the bolt would not catch the few remaining lines on the connector. This was replaced with 2 new connectors within 5 days and yet again I had a bad piece. Luckily there was a spare shipped and this one worked. The price I did like for this item and from what I have worked with it, I was somewhat pleased. I am still a little frustrated to have this many issues with a product so quickly. "
