"This company received my return on January 15, 2005 and six weeks later I have not received my refund. I have contacted them 12 times on this matter. They stated that the refund had been issued on three different dates, but that has been untrue. The company president stated that the refund was posted on February 11, 2005. I have not received a refund. I will never do business with them again. "
"Very unhappy with our experience with this vendor. We received defective merchandise, which we returned, and was sent a replacement, but we were charged twice for the item. Also, was told we would be refunded our shipping cost to send back the defective item and have yet to be credited. Calls to this company are not returned as promised by their personnel. "
"Purchased a New Cash Register that they advertise on their website and received a refurbished unit that wasn't even fully assembled instead. I told them I wasn't interested in keeping the refurbished cash register and wanted a refund. No refund issued and no they claim they have no record that the item was returned even though I have a Proof of Delivery from a major overnight company.
Would not consider doing business with them again. Too many delay tactics."
