The equipment is in mint condition and always comes packed in sturdy pelican cases. It is cheaper than my local rental shop and has better selection. Customer service is top notch. Finally, once you have been approved and screened there is no deposit required. You are being charged for your gear and insurance, which I always strongly recommend you use and if you want to keep that camera or lens there is usually an offer to buy it from the rental store. "I rented a Manfrotto ALU Master 12 foot stand and a Sennheiser AVX Digital Wireless Handheld Set to record the audio from a speaker in church for the job I was video taping. To my surprise, the microphone mount was too large to fit the stud on the stand. Not a major problem, but I did have to tape the microphone to the stand. Perhaps the next time I rent these items, I will request an adapter to properly mount the microphone (if one exists). "
