This is my first time renting with LPTG and Paul personally called me on a Sunday no less just to touch base and talk about my needs.
My background is in customer service and that kind of attention goes a very long way with me.

"I rented the amazing Canon EF 200mm f/1.8L from Lensprotogo back in July of 2008. I live in California and had trouble finding one on the west coast that wouldn't pre-charge my credit card the full replacement cost of the lens. I spoke to Paul a few times before committing to the rental and found him to be warm and sincere. I took great care of the lens and the whole transaction went smoothly. "Paul was amazing to work with. When every other lens rental place had the new Nikkor 24-70 2.8G out of stock (and backordered for weeks), Paul was able to ship me a pristine, perfect condition lens in two days.

LensProToGo's prices are slightly higher than many competitors, and when I asked Paul about this, he was very polite and glad to explain that the rentals included lens accessories, shipping to the customer as well as return shipping, and a heavy-duty Pelican lens case to protect the lens during shipment.

My return day fell on Thanksgiving, so I asked Paul if I'd need to return it early or pay extra for another day. Paul graciously told me to return it Friday, at no extra charge.

At the end of the rental period, I was offered an excellent price to extend the rental.
