"Bought a mares dive computer. Computer seems ok but package looked like it had been opened. No CD ROM or instructions inside. Ripped cardboard on the inside. No plastic storage box. If I want used items I'll shop on ebay and pay used prices. If I buy something advertised as new I expect a new item and not a returned item.
Addendum: Leisure pro has contacted me and did provide a partial refund after reading this so I appreciate their efforts to help make things right. I have since changed my rating from 2 stars to 4."

"I ordered a pair of Aeris Velocity fins from LeisurePro on a Wednesday and my order arrived on Friday, at my home in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I had one concern that LeisurePro's customer service tried to address but couldn't. The version offered by LeisurePro differed from my own pair of Aeris Velocity fins in these ways: different logotype, different middle rubber vented area, and the lack of a patent number on their undersides. I ordered them anyway. I must say that I was disappointed that the pink colour represented in the online image of them differed significantly from the pair I received which is more of a salmon pink (it has a bit of coral in it). But the fins arrived in excellent condition, and I'm sure they will be fine despite the unexplained difference in style and logo. And they arrived fast! I will definitely do more business with LeisurePro."
