"Ordered a baseball t-shirt jersey that was listed as "in stock" and "usually ships in 24-48 hours" on a Saturday. I was supposed to have received a shipping confirmation when it was shipped. By Tuesday afternoon, I had not received a shipping confirmation so I called the store and the man I talked to said it was ready to be shipped and would be sent out that day. He was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible because he apparently had a more important call on the other line. Then on Friday, I received an order cancellation notice. No explanation, just that it was cancelled. I called the next day and spoke to a woman who said, "all I can tell you is that the shirt was damaged so we cancelled your order" and that they do not have any more in stock. Later that day, I went to the website and noted that the item was still listed as "in stock". They also immediately charged my credit card even though it hadn't shipped (I did get a refund, it's just poor business practice). I was not at all impressed with this place - I was buying a father's day gift for my dad which never made it in time. There's just no legitimate reason why I was not contacted sooner about the order problems. I shouldn't have had to call them to figure out the problem!"
