"Legend Micro shipped us a refurbished monitor which showed up quite quickly. it was well packages and contained the most basic objects that came with the original monitor. It did not contain the remote control for the television but this was not a bid deal as i have two other monitors like the one shipped.
The monitor has functioned perfectly.
The website was easy to use without making anything hard to do or hard to find.

"This refurbed 24" Samsung TV arrived in such pristene condition, I thought it was new. It came complete with cables (except HDMI) and remote control. The TV itself is OK, as I've seen better looking Samsungs, but certainly was no slouch, especially when in the HD mode. The only minor problem I ran into was the remote control. The cover was broken and held on by tape, although it did have good batteries with it. I contacted Legend (through Buy.com). "Put simply, these guys ROCK.I ordered a refurbished Samsung XL24 monitor,which originally sold for about 2500 bucks, for less than 20% of that. Even better, shipping was $0.01 -- yes, one cent.

When the monitor arrived -- exactly when they said it would -- it was packed in a box with form-fitted foam, in perfect condition. The package must've weighed 30 pounds, shipped UPS for one penny. The only ways in which what I got differed from what was described in Legend Micro's listing were that one of the accessories included was actually BETTER than the one that shipped with the original monitor, and another one that was explicitly listed as NOT included – and for which I thought I was going to have to pay another 130 bucks – WAS included, making an already great deal unbelievable.

From the minute I placed the order to the minute it arrived, I emailed them a few times and called them twice to ask about specifics. Each email was answered promptly and courteously, and the phone was answered almost immediately.

Purchased from Ebay September 30th. Received via UPS October 6th. Reported issue w/ defective power button October 12th, which is 12 days after order, but only 6 days after I received it.

Received robot email on the 12th that I would be contacted by last Thursday (October 14th).

I was finally contacted on October 19th and provided a return-shipping label via PDF. This was three business days beyond what the email said.

Back on the 12th I requested an exchange, but due to the delay, I decided I wanted a refund instead.

I shipped the unit back to them on 10/25. I received a full refund that posted to my acct on 11/1.

I would consider doing business with Legend Micro again. I think I was swayed too much by the negative reviews on this website. They did make this good and they are fairly reasonable people, who in my case I think made only one honest mistake."
