"As a first time customer with Legend Micro my experience with them has been excellent. I was in the market for a nice 2.1 sound bar and woofer for my Samsung TV. The Samsung FM45C fit me perfect. In researching the new models they would run close to $300 and it was by accident I ran across Legend Micro. The refurbish model was $155 so I took the plunge with them. Easy to navigate website and the use of PayPal was a plus. Also as a plus is that the āCā model comes with HDMI, optical, audio and USB cables. I ordered on 1/13/14 and received the item 1/16/14. Very fast for .01 cent delivery cost. It came in tightly packaged. All parts were there as described and not a scratch on the product. Setting up the system was easy and fast. So far it works perfect and is a big improvement over the standard speakers on the TV. The Bluetooth pairing with my IPhone to stream music through the unit is a great extra also. I do not hesitate to recommend Legend Micro to my friends or anyone else. 5 star company for me."

"They do not tell you "they" do the refurb and the mfg warranty is void. Bought a monitor thru Buy.com. The monitor carries a mfg warranty of 3 years. It died after 6 months. When I contact Legend, they said the warranty is on 90 days. NOWHERE is the process of purchasing this did they say it didn't carry the mfg warranty or that it was only 90 days thru them. There is no customer service - stay away form this company. They just ignore your emails."

"Ledend Mirco has bad description and unaware board does not fit/match description. Boards garenteeed 100% test, but little to none testing was done to confirm board match specs on Legend Micro's website.
At this time they have given a full refund, but only after completely ignored my request in finding another motherboard to spec. The Customer Service tried to blackmail me with this review. Thank my lucky stars I paid with PayPal, and file a dispute on that site successfully. This is just a very bad merchant, if you have to do business with them use Paypal or a protected card. As of this post they still are selling the Motherboard with the bad description online and in their Ebay store. Buyer Beware!!!"
"I was looking for the same model of a monitor I had. Found Legend Micro that selling Samsung refurbished monitors. Customer servise rep was very friendly explaing me that unfortunately this model was discontinued by Samsung. I got an advice to choose a similar model. Made an order online and received a perfect monitor within 2 days with free shipping! Ordered one more but had dificulties to make it working. Called to customer servise in order to replace it. The lady was so helpful directing me simply to change the source))) It is about 5 months since I am happy working on two beautiful monitors for a good price!"

"Had a problem with my 2nd order from Legend Micro, simply because I saw the same monitor that I first purchased still on their monitor list but wasn't in stock (probably because i'm the one that made it so. Just remember to remove monitors that you've already sold from your site if they aren't in stock!).
Aside from that, I took the next suggested monitor I was looking at, placed the order and received it almost immediately. It had a small crack in the frame but that was expected being I went for a grade C monitor.
