"Very bad service.

I received a pair of "used-to-be-white" socks, imagine you use a pair of new white socks and mob your garage floor for five minutes, yes, it's that kinda "white". Well, now you know how clean their warehouse is.

Anyway, the socks were small. No, I did NOT wear them, I ordered three pairs of compression socks and I compared them side by side, this pair are small.

So I returned them to get store credit. Then I got an email said the condition is not good and no refund. I mean, they dared to ship me a pair of filthy socks and when I shipped back, it's not acceptable?

Stay away!!!"

"Ordered a pair of mizuno wave riders. Had worn this shoe for the past 4 years. Wore them once during a race and got injured. Noticed that the bottom heel of the left shoe wasn't even. It threw my back/ hip out 2 weeks prior to my marathon. I spent a small fortune trying to be able to at least walk normally and was able to finish the race in my worst time ever. I emailed the company and they requested pictures which I gladly sent. They couldn't see a problem ( every one I showed the pictures to could see it). Asked for a new pair as they were defective and they couldn't accommodate me. Never even acknowledged that it was their fault. I would never buy from this company again! You get what you pay for but in this case I got a lot less! Plus pain and suffering that I'm still dealing with. "
