"The worst! The only way for me to use that word about a company is for them to lie to me. I returned product to them 2 weeks ago and you learn interesting "stuff" when that happens. No. 1 - if you expect an order to be processed or shipped on Saturday, don't bother, they aren't open. Yep, a retailer who does not do business on Saturday. I had paid extra to have it delivered in 3 business days. Needless to say, that didn't happen. And, of course, this also means that when UPS tried to deliver my return on a Saturday they weren't open. So after emails back and forth about all of this on Tuesday, a representative from Leatherology CALLED ME ON THE PHONE to tell me that my refund had been COMPLETED on Monday. Two days later a refund for $10+ showed up so I called them again. They said they didn't know "why" only the shipping charges had shown up because they had completed the entire refund on Monday. Today is Thursday. I called PayPal (I won't bore you with that nonsense) but they finally got someone from Leatherology on the phone who proceeded to tell me that only the shipping had been refunded on Monday. The rest, not until Wednesday. I asked why I was lied to and she had no answer and apologized. Lying is one thing That I simply will not tolerate. "
