DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. My ordering experience with Bill was great, he got back to me very quickly about everything and it sounded great but about 3 weeks later when the jacket arrived I found that the sizing is wrong, the torso and sleeves are huge (for example, 5.5" was added to the waist measurement). It's unwearable, I contacted the company and sent in a return request which was accepted and I mailed the jacket back at my expense. They received the jacket on May 8th and I have heard nothing from them. I have contacted them numerous times, Bill as well, and called their company and I can't get a hold of anyone! NO ONE has contacted me. I have spent $205 for a bad jacket that THEY have now and received no refund. $205 lost and NO WORD from this TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!
Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB, I will update later if I ever get my refund."

Wish I read a review like this before going ahead an purchasing something from them. I ended up paying over 500 bucks for two horrible items, one with bad sizing and stinky material the other one stinky and defective from production . On top of the price I paid over 40 bucks to ship them back to them since their website states that they accept returns! It also states they will reply from 24-48 hours tops both of which are lies. After waiting for months to receive those badly made items and being totally unhappy with them, I emailed them dozens of times with complaints and never got a single answer. Like a curse, they simply sent the box with their bad products back to me. So on top of the price, there was another 40 out of the window!!! Why at least didn't they write back and say we won't accept them for refund, when I wrote to them to notify them that this is what I will do since I am totally unsatisfied?!
For that money and less, you can get good quality leather products from well established and serious stores. I have other leather items and none of them stink like that!!! God knows what dyes and leather they use but I almost suffocated. Use your money at a better place."

That was nearly 4 months ago, and I'm still waiting. No one is responding to my emails. That is the frustrating part. "I ordered a custom motorcycle jacket from Bill to replace my old big bulky jacket. Bill and his team took all of my measurements and then went to work on creating for me a jacket that will last forever. The leather and stitching were exceptional. I asked Bill if his team could make an inside pocket so I could carry my gun. His team jumped right on it and actually sewed a holster inside the jacket ! They went way beyond my request and even had a person my size test it to make sure the outline was not visible. I will buy all my leather from Bill in the future. He gave me an excellent deal. I did search several leather stores here in Florida but could not find one that fit me correctly. Bill and his team NAILED IT. I just can't say enough good stuff regarding my experience. It took about a month from start to finish but the wait was worth it. You can't rush quality.

I would buy another leahter jacket from Leatherhere. I know now that the product comes from overseas, and can better allow for extra delivery time. Perhaps you can indicate that orders may take 3-4 weeks to deliver so people don't get upset. I am satisfied with my purchase and the discount received at the time of purchase."

When the package arrived 4 weeks later, there was no packing slip, address, or contact information of any kind except for a photocopied license of someone in Pakistan. I suspect they needed this to get it through customs. The jacket is the wrong size and I have no way to return it."
"I have had a similar experience. I ordered a leather jacket in the Arra style and in the colour "as shown" on their website- a simple and straight forward order. I received the jacket several weeks later in the wrong colour. I requested a refund but they said they would ensure that the order was filled correctly. Three months later I received another jacket which again was the wrong colour. I want a refund and now have two jackets that I want to return. However, they refuse to answer my emails. I have now sent an official complaint to consumer affairs and will update this review should I receive my refund. "

When I ordered the jacket as a gift, I asked if it would be possible to receive it within a week. Bill said there would be no problem and there would be no extra charge. I found Bill & his staff so very helpfully & friendly every email I sent I got an answer back very quick, even with the time difference as I live in Australia. It is so nice to get great customer service these days as it seems to be a rare thing. The jacket I ordered (Faya Woman's Jacket) was so beautiful, the finish/quality next to none and the sizing/fit spot on. I haven't had many chances to wear it very much as it's summer here at the moment but when I have, everyone comments on it.
