"DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! Terrible customer service. They send you a nice email after you place an order and say if you have any problems please contact us. The problem is that they do not answer the phone, they do not answer emails. I placed an overnight order on a Friday the item did not show up to the next Thursday. On top of that the item was cheap and not what I expected. I tried to contact them to return it, but guess what...They don't answer the phone or respond to email. Im embarrased to say that I shopped at this web site. I thought I was getting my wife a nice gift in celebration of our first child, but I only got frustration and terrible service. "
"Despite the fact that I expedited shipping, and entered in the comments field that it was imperative that I receive the item by Christmas, they neglected to ever respond, and as of today (December 27th), I STILL don't have the item yet. When I called to ask why they never replied to my specifically stated needs in the order, they said they don't always read the comments field at this busy time of year. WHY HAVE IT THEN, IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BOTHER TO READ IT?? I wrote to them on 12/22 and to this day have heard not one word in reply. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The item I ordered was not the item I got. There is only 1 customer service rep for this store, Kim, and good luck getting a hold of her once they have your money. Not only were they unapologetic about the mishap, but they said I would have to wait weeks while they contacted their distributor to see if they could even GET the watch they sold me on their web site. I needed to "remind" Kim constantly to return my calls and emails, and after numerous attempts to reach her manager, I'm starting to wonder if the person actually exists. I ordered this watch weeks before christmas as a gift, and am STILL getting the runaround in mid January when I ask for either the product they sold me, or a discount on the one I did get. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. "
