"I ordered requesting a mail order shipment, but contacted them at 9AM the next morning letting them know I was in the area in the morning. Three hours later, they confirmed they had the parts in stock (including some oddball trim pieces), but it was already too late.

They went ahead and shipped as originally requested. The items were packed in their original Toyota boxes and nicely organized. I will certainly go back to them for orders, whether by in-person pick up or by shipping. I live 50+ miles away. "

2. Picked up the part the following day.
