Poor internet service and email response

"Although I received notification that my order had been placed, getting to my order was painful to review the status. I had an email they would contact me when my order was fulfilled to pick up. Finally after in and out of the website, I did see that the invoice said it was complete but it was difficult to see if it meant the purchase was complete or if the items were complete to pick up. I landed up calling and had to wait well over 30 minutes before I talked to a parts person who was nice and went to see if my items were available to pick up. They were and I will be picking them up in Albuquerque tomorrow. I live in Santa Fe so I wanted to make sure I didn't make a trip for nothing. Bottom line, they shouldn't say they are sending an email confirmation and the website needs to be clearer. Thanks for listening.
