"I ordered a back-lit keyboard for my laptop there part number U6801 which even says on their shipping description that it is back-lit however it is not. When I called them to get them to send me a back-lit version of the keyboard they told me they do not have a back-lit version of the keyboard. They were good about sending me an RMA and a return UPS label however they just wasted a week of my time with shipping and so forth. I am VERY disappointed that they didn't ship me what I ordered, nor could they make it right."

"Buyer Beware!! Returned a laptop battery because it was defective and requested a refund. They charged me a re-stocking saying that the battery was good when they tested it. The re-stocking fee was one-fourth the cost of the battery. RIP-OFF!! There cusomer service is even worse!!"

"Was considering buying a replacement 12 cell battery for my A505 Satellite directly from Toshiba because they had it on sale when I needed it, but found a compatible L4L one with a 10% discount that wound up being half the total Toshiba price, even with their discount. That alone made the battery a superb value. Arrived in about a week and is working fine. Took me a while to get around to installing it because I wanted to determine exactly my old battery was lasting. The length of battery life is within expectations. Laptop not hibernating anymore, just shuts off, but that is a relatively minor problem and may or may not be the battery's fault. I am very happy with this purchase and would purchase from L4L again as long as the battery lasts a reasonable time. Thank you, Ron. "
