"Very dissatisfied. Bought a refurbished computer from them on Groupon.
Power cord/adapter stopped working and per Groupon it says there is a 90 day warranty. I contacted Groupon, they asked me to contact lenovo. So lenovo says it was sold refurbished without a warranty (when i registered on lenovo's website the serial number's warranty was expired), I would have to contact the reseller. Which I did, which was laptopplaza.
They kept saying they would send me a replacement but then they asked me for the serial number of the laptop and I provided it, then they asked for pictures.
Then a week later they asked for a picture of the box it came in with some vendor number. This came in a regular cardboard box, not a lenovo box with just a laptop and power cord/adaptor.

My only complaint is that I received notice that the item had shipped 1 day after it arrived at my forwarder. I normally pre-alert my forwarder of impending shipments and this situation resulted in them misclassifying the item. It was easily rectified though.

I got it checked out at 3 different places and they all told me that it wasn't even worth it to fix and where I got it from sold me a bad computer. "Great tablet, great technical assistance. We purchased a refurbished Lenovo tablet w/ the android. We are not computer savvy at all. Set up of anything computer related is bit overwhelming for us. We are seniors and called because we could not connect to internet. They don't officially provide technical support but a young man, Michael that took our call was able to walk us throught the process and talked us through some new over air updates and adding our email to the tablet for the OS. We were not sure how to connect to our Wi-Fi, our kids set it years ago so he had us contact our cable company to get the password to our router for the internet and let him know when we were able to get on the internet. After a quick email to their support, Michael again got us up and running. Thanks for the extra service and for providing a product that meets our needs and at a great price. Much appreciated.
