"Wrong part delivered initially. Then a replacement part wouldn't work. They sent the third part which worked A-OK. Each time they shipped by FedEx Second Day Air, which is how I ordered in the beginning.
I give these folks an A++ for their effort in making the order right. This was not an expensive part, and all those FedEx charges must have eaten away all the profit on this sale; but they continued until I was satisfied. Far better service than DELL, where I tried to order the part first.

"I ordered an obscure item from these folks, they were the only ones who had it. I needed an additional hardrive connector/adaptor, for a second internal hardrive, for my Dell Inspiron 8600. The part was advertised on their website for an Inspiron 8000, I figured it was close enough, and it looked like what I needed from the picture. I made the order online, and the next day I received a call from Laptopparts to tell me the part may not be compatible with my 8600, I thanked him for calling me and I canceled my order. I then got a call back the next day from the same guy, telling me he checked with Dell and that the part is in-fact compatable with my 8600. He asked if I would like to still get the item, I did, and he processed the order on the spot. I just checked the UPS tracking and my part is scheduled to arrive about the same time as the original estimate.
