"OK, this is the second time I am typing this.
In March I bought what was suppose to be an exact replacement dvd/cd drive for a Dell hybrid PC.
This company is in China with no US sales people at all.
The drive was not even close.
I did find the correct drive from Newegg at about 1/4 the price.
After weeks of convincing them that it was wrong They sent me an RMA. Of course I had to pay the shipping to China.
The only shipping method that was less that the part cost was the US mail.
After a month, they say they never received the return.
Tracking stops when the package leaves the US.
Never buy from this really bad company.
I wish that we could rate with no stars. They don't deserve any stars at all. "

"I recommend you DO NOT buy form this site. Lies about being in the USA. He's in China, took 14 days to ship to Arizona from Singapore, sells generic crap. Uses Yahoo answers to create fake american names to ask if his sites are reliable, creates name to answer that it is, then closes them from comments. Has more sites than just this one. qiong xiao is the name of the person all the cheap china based sites are registered to and who your money goes to. DO NOT BUY!!!"
