"I bought a replacement battery for my Asus Zenbook and it works great. 5/5"
"I bought a battery, and upon arrival, it did not work...laptop did not recognize a battery was inserted in the battery slot. I contacted them and they told me to return the item. I had to pay for the shipping of this defective item. Once i returned it they also kept a $15 restocking fee on an item that was defective and only refunded me the remainder of the money which means I paid for some of the item and shipping and still dont have the battery i need. This business is garbage. I am hoping paypal will settle this and I get my full refund. Don't even think about wasting your money here. I wish there was a zero star rating option."
"I bought a battery for my laptop on this site because it was out of stock on other sites... Worst choice i've ever made.
-Battery cost me 90$ (I was ok with the price)
-Battery came in 5 weeks after payment (It became out of stock after I placed my payment..)
-Battery won't charge
-No help from them, no phone number to join them
-I was told to ship it back to them (I PAY THE SHIPPING FEES FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM) What a **** customer service
If you ever think about buying from this site, STOP BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT.
I ENCOURAGE YOU TO BLOCK THIS SITE SO THEY SHUTDOWN.
PS: They charge a restocking fee of 15$ on returned items.
So at the end, battery cost me 90$ but I will only get 40$ back. THEY STOLE 30$ FROM MY HARD WORK MONEY."
"This "company" openly states that they will take %15 of your money and make you pay the return shipping if you receive a defective product. Think twice!
Don't make the same mistake I did!!!"
"Arrogant & Illegal Business Practices - You can't charge a restocking fee for defective merchandise!
My latest (and final) purchase experience was horrific. These guys treat their customers with indifference. In the end I had to raise a complaint with Paypal to get back the money they tried to keep as a "restocking fee". I got the %15 back! It's time for the legal system to put a stop to these thieves!
The battery they sent that was supposed to fit my Lenovo. It fit and my laptop ran on it once inserted when the laptop was up and running. However, the laptop reported it as "not genuine" on boot and would not charge it. Spent a lot of time taking pictures of the boot messages and serial numbers on the laptop and battery for tech support at Laptop Charge. They assured me they would "put things right". In the end I was told to return the battery to them at my expense. The battery was sent back and they refunded the purchase price less %15 restocking fee! "
"After some frustrations with a defective charger, I wrote the following to Laptopcharge:
"I just want to let you know that I very disappointed about the products you sell, and your customer service.
When I ordered the charger for my Dell laptop, I provided the exact specs. of my laptop and of the charger, but I still got a wrong charger sent, i.e. one with a larger tip, which didn’t fit my laptop.
When I wrote you about this, you sent me a charger with the right tip, but when I a connected it to my laptop, I got an error message that this charger is not compatible with my laptop. Since it did have similar specs to the original one, I used it anyway, but it stopped working after about five months.
When I wanted to claim my warranty, I was told that I had to send in the defective charger, which would have cost me $16 for shipping. I don’t understand, why you force your customers to spend money on your defective products.
As I wrote you I moved the small tip from the defective charger to the one you had sent me first, and it tested o.k. But when I put in on my Dell laptop, I got an error message again, and the charger doesn’t work.
This has cost me a lot of time and frustration, and I am asking to be refunded the original price which I paid for these sub-standard products."
I got no satisfying response after this.

"Do not buy from these guys. They suck. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Sent in an inquiry 10 days later, and they hadn't even shipped it. On top of that they sent me the wrong charger.. ANND if you return they charge you 20% for restocking... don't purchase anything from these guys. "
"Do not buy from these guys. I got the battery and did not work and I returned the next day and they did not refund the money for days. If you have issues with the product, you can not call them, because there is no phone number you can reach them at. They do not respond to emails promptly. Very bad customer service. Buy it from Amazon, the best site in the world. i have been buying things from Amazon, unbelievable customer service."
"I bought a laptop battery from Laptopcharge for my Gateway laptop and the battery would not charge beyond 11%. This company is a fraud. They set their prices a little lower than their competitors just to get you to make a purchase. Once the product is received, it will most certainly be defective. Do not waste your time with this company. I am sure any 5 star rating they receive (i.e. anywhere on the internet) is one of them posing as a customer. Do not trust it!"
"I bought a replacement battery for my Dell Inspiron 1050 from this website. The quality of the battery was soon obvious. It already wasn't functional at all within 5 months. When I ordered a replacement for my battery, I was actually asked to pay the price of shipping the battery back to them. Then, to make it worse, the battery they sent back as a replacement ALSO wasn't functional (what are the chances they have good quality batteries at all?). But instead of having the courtesy to pay the shipping price, they're having me do that again.
I would advise anyone who's thinking of buying from this website to just buy from their original manufacturer, if possible, or look for another aftermarket battery seller."
"I ordered a battery for my laptop, a Thinkpad / Lenovo t410s. The battery was listed for this laptop. But when I received it, it was clearly not designed for this laptop.
Their return process is a complete mess. It has to be done by manually filling out a long *paper* form then faxing it back to them or e-mailing it back to them. The form asks for ridiculous things like the voltage and model number of your current laptop battery. The form is pre-checked for an exchange rather than refund, etc. They charge a $15 restocking fee. Just look for yourself:
http://www.laptopcharge.com/Support/Returns.aspx
This is a major pain and after shipping and the restocking fee and time spent I will hardly make the money back, but I am still going through with it on principle.
This company really seems like a scam. I have no idea how they have 5 stars on google search but that's probably part of the scam."
"I ordered an HP replacement part around 2.30 pm (PST)yesterday. The part was delivered to my mailbox at 9.32 a.m, this morning. Wish more organizations would provide this kind of service. Good work! "
"Not pleased with this company or my purchase. They list a contact phone number which no one answers and still haven't received a return call as of this date. Sat down and submitted an email and finally received a return email advising of my requested RMA. The replacement battery (which was not new by the way) didn't charge properly and depleted much faster than my currently used battery I was attempting to replace. Advised company of this and they still deducted a restocking fee from my purchase. Stay away from this company and I most definitely plan to get the word of mouth around encouraging possible buyers to stay away from this seller as well. "
"Very good service, fast delivery,"
"Très bon service et rapide en plus."
