"Making a first purchase from a company you never heard of before can be a bit of a crapshoot, but turns out I had nothing to worry about - these people are great! It took me about 4 seconds to find a compatible replacement screen for a TEN YEAR OLD HP computer. Their website is designed very well - a lot better than HP laptops, that's for sure. (The whole computer needed to be taken apart to reach the 2 screws holding the screen in place! But that's a different review...) I am Not one that will go buy a new computer. Found this company and BAM ordered the screen, tape & tool kit. 15 min later, DONE.Back to full working order, and a touch screen...so Better than original screen.If I did need help they said to call back and they'd walk me through the process.

"My experience was good. The less-one-star is probably more my fault than theirs, but I think they could improve the informational side of things just a bit. I thought I was getting the complete top-side assembly, and that I would only need to disconnect, remove and replace the whole assembly; and I believe that some sellers do have such assemblies for sale. I was a little disappointed when just the bare screen was delivered. I really should have known better for the price. Anyway, long story short, I was able to do the replacement though I am far from a computer tech (and I was quite proud of myself, I must say). You tube has some very good videos on the steps. Separating the screen from the frame was by far the hardest part and is a real challenge because of the tape that's used in the factory. If you're squeamish about tearing into your laptop, I mean REALLY tearing into it, best look for a complete assembly. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about this seller."
