"Everyone should stay away from this company..They are simply awful. I ordered for 6 laptops and they are ALL DEFECTIVE. Furthermore they do not want to accept them back and playing hard ball. They are really bad to the core. Kindly stay away before you become another victim."

"They say they will ship orders in 3 days. I ordered a laptop on the 11th of OCT and on the 26th of OCT I called to check on it and found that the order was canceled. No one contacted me to tell me this. They said they would refund my money to my Pay pal account. After two more days NO Refund was issued. I called again and they told me i would have to wait until next week. I think they should be able to refund money the same day....that's the way they charged me. I feel this company really doesn't care about the people they deal with only the money"

"The first laptop they sent me was all the wrong specs other than the case for the laptop. I sent it back and they sent me another one. I keep coming up with problems as listed below for the more recent ones. It is extremely difficult to deal with these people. Rude customer service, avoiding calls, never responding to emails. They basically sold me a laptop that didn't work right and fell apart out of the box. I had to super glue most of it back together. Never buy here! They will sell you used (not even refurbished) computers and overcharge you for them even though they say "new".

I have received a faulty harddrive as a replacement for the one I had sent to you and was stolen from me. This harddrive you sent me is a remanufactured drive that doesn't even work. I just turn it on and it makes buzzing noises without even doing anything. I am aware it has been about a month, but now it is getting to the point where I am becoming very frustrated. The laptop I was sent has some serious issues and I question if it was even tested. The CD tray was never completely attached and any slight movement to the laptop can make the cover fall off. Several times when burning a CD or trying to get one to read, it will make click noises and show the blue screen. The hibernate function doesn't even work right. At 3% battery power, it is supposed to goto hibernate. The laptop just runs until there is no power and shuts off as if it were being unplugged from the wall with no battery in it. The wireless button seems to work when it feels like it. The laptop was very dirty when I got it. Now that I want to double my harddrive space, I come to find that the replacement for my stolen harddrive which is supposedly remanufactured doesn't even power up. Honestly, I don't ask much from my laptop other than play music and use notepad, but this is ridiculous. I am surprised that it even works. I truly feel I have been completely ripped off by paying $300 with excessive problems and having my harddrive stolen from me. If anything, I would like at minimum is to have my harddrive fully replaced, as in what I sent, a new MAXTOR 120GB 5400 RPM 8MB cache EIDE laptop harddrive. This refurbished drive is a joke.

"I'm calling their 1-888 number and nobody's answering. Message says all lines are busy. Clearly a lie. I called in the middle of the night, early and late this morning and the message is the same Meanwhile, I can't track where my order, which should have already arrived, is right now. "
