"This online store is listing items that are out of stock. I would recommend that one calls to confirm that the item they want is actually in existence before purchase, or to find another retailer for whatever you are procuring."

"They discontinued the item and contacted me via phone instead of email to let me know; I never got the message and the next thing I knew is that they were reimbursing me for the order...
I understand they did the best they could regarding my order; my biggest disappointment is that the item still showed as available on their website when they reimbursed me for it, which makes no sense... I wonder how many others ordered it and found out later they weren't going to receive it.

"On a scale from 1 to 10 I would rate it a 3. I ordered the Fiskars X27 only to find out that it was not in stock. If your going to post items for sale on your web site that are currently out of stock it should state that the item is out of stock. Unacceptable. "

"Its very dissapointing when you place an order with two weeks before your "need" date and you are not notified that it is discontinued for nine days. If you dont sell something anymore, take it off the site! At a time of the season when everyone is shipping free, and web sites are up to date, LS is way off base."

"Terrible. The company Online Services does not have a clue which companies they service and don't know a thing about the products they carry. I was so disgusted with their service that I requested the entire order be cancelled but they couldn't even get that right. It is not in LandscapersStore's best interest to do business through this company. I will never order from them again. Outsourcing doesn't save you money when it costs you customers."
