"This was actually my second order from Lamps-DLP.com. The first was in 2007 (# M06251), after I'd had my DLP TV for about a year. I ordered a spare bulb, thinking it would be good to have one on hand. As it turns out, it was, but not until well over 2 years later. I have nothing but praise for Lamps-DLP.com. In both cases, the ordering process was painless, the shipment arrived in great time and in good order, and I couldn't be more pleased. And the price actually went down! $16! For those of you who must read reviews before you place an order, here's both ends of one. "Before anyone orders from this company you might want to really read up on this company. They are a VERY,VERY SORRY COMPANY. I ordered a lamp from them and after looking up my model of tv on there website they sent me the wrong lamp!! I contacted there customer service about this problem and come to find out they don't even carry my bulb number. I guess they just set up a random bulb for my model tv on there website. Then they didn't want to refund all of my money. I completely understood not refunding my shipping costs, but then they wanted to knock off another 20% restocking fee, so they say. I would understand that fee if it were my fault, but this was completely there fault for setting up there website WRONG!!!!This was clearly there fault and they would accept it and give me my refund!!!I would seriously reconsider ordering from this very sorry company!!!!!!!!"

"Beware...read their return policy. I wanted to return a defective lamp and had to pay to send it back and a restocking fee. I can see paying to send it back but not a restock fee...how would I know the lamp would be defective. The customer service rep I dealt with also gave me attitude when I complained about it. So I got the impression a lot of people complain about this same money making practice."
