"This is the second time I have ordered from Wholesale Hyundai parts in Lakeland and have had a bad experience. The first time I ordered a part for the left side of my car and they sent me the right side part. I had to call and have them reship it out. No biggie people make mistakes so I gave them a second try. This time I needed a fuel cap, on their site it has pics of my exact cap with the wording tighten to one click or fuel light will come on. I wanted an OEM part, the pictures on the site matched my cap and when I entered my vin it was the correct part and I ordered it. Well, it came in a Kia motors box and has no writing on the fuel cap, nothing like what was shown on the website, rather it has a lock icon on the left of the cap and unlock icon on the right. I could have went to Autozone for this. I called and the customer service person said they dont make those anymore and I said then why do u have pics on ur website showing the wording etc. So disappointing. 30$ down the drain. They need to update their site, this is misleading and false advertising. Will never, never order from them again."
