"We ordered our logo for the front glass door. We wanted it to have the look of "sanded" on it. It was no so easy to install but with some patience it can be accomplished. However, once I peeled the las layer, we realized that it was white on the back. Being that it is a glass door to enter and exit the office, we wanted it to have the same look on both sides.
Everyone that help me over the phone and email during the ordering process was very professional and courteous. I would work with them again but I need to make sure that something like that doesn't happen. We thought of ordering red, but it would look worse if it is red in one side and white on the other. "

"The actual labels are good however there seemed to be issues trying to get our order. From the first order mysteriously not getting placed to what seemed like a long delay in shipping. It was not until I called to ask what the hold up was that my items seemed to ship the same day. I place lots of orders for things and to have to follow up to make sure a vendor is doing their part is just not how I do business. I should be able to place the order and if there is a problem I get a call, if not I expect my product to arrive in a timely manner."
