"Website is terrible to navigate and to get the product I need. Instant quoter does not offer the product I have ordered every year for years now. I've used LabelLab for several years and it's always a very frustrating and time-consuming process. Suggestion: let me review my past orders and use those as a basis for a new order. I know I can see my past orders and reorder, but I don't want to reorder the SAME label, just the same type, size, etc. with a new design. I also upload my artwork during the order process and every time I have to send it again. It gets lost or for some reason I end up having to email it though it's been uploaded."
