"1. Pricing is a bit high; 2. Design online software has been discontinued other than the designs already in portfolio...this is a real detriment to repurchasing for me as it is the number one reason that I use your labels. 3) Delay in shipping caused me to not have the ingredient labels in time for one of my shows despite getting the other labels on time so there must be more than one printer of the labels I chose. Would prefer to have them both arrive as was needed. Beginning to think it may be best if I go back to purchasing my labels through OnlineLabels.com and use my Avery design software to do my own labels as it would be more cost efficent.
