"UPS delivered to the wrong house. They were unhelpful in resolving this matter. They kept telling me to look again on my front porch for my husband’s (133 pound) present over and over, like I could miss something like that on my front porch?!?!?! Hours on the phone, several people, and finally a supervisor that said to not expect any contact about my case for 10-15 Working days!!!!! Absolutely infuriating. To date there has been zero follow up from them. The only reason I have my package is because we live in a gated community with heavy security. The family that lives where the package was delivered by mistake, called security with my name from the delivery address. An officer came to my door and asked me if I was expecting a large package. We were then able to retrieve it. No thanks to UPS and there inferior service. It’s a shame. L&M, you did your part. The sales associate was a dream to work with over the phone, professional, courteous, and overall wonderful. But, your contracted delivery company let you and me down, to blow the whole thing. You should absolutely complain to them at how this was mishandled at every possible opportunity on the part of UPS. They aren’t doing you any favors. "
