"Very convenient location and hours, but sorely lacking in competence and good nutrition. All the food is highly processed and canned. There seems to be a complete lack of understanding in how to maintain a healthy social environment with positive interactions. My child now engages in gun play and has learned the phrase “it’s too hard”. Complete lack of self-directed play."

"I had my oldest kid here before, and between that experience and this one, I can say that the new director has made a HUGE impact on the positivity and productivity of the school. Negative-Nancy staff no longer seem to be around, and that brought their teacher-team-spirit up and in turn, that has rubbed off on the kids' happy spirits. My kids LOVE the teachers here (my oldest STILL adores a few specific teachers), and my currently enrolled child has improved since attending. He's more outgoing and confident of himself, and he's starting to talk more. The director seems to be a big advocate for her teachers/staff and I truly believe that the teachers care and adore the students. They don't just have run-of-the-mill conversations with the parents - they truly communicate and get to know the families and that helps them with the kids and the kids' learning. I am so proud of this school and what it does for all the munchkins. I really think they should get raises more often because they do SO much."

"It has been incredible! I love what my daughter is doing and where she is. I work in the child care industry and have had many phenomenal applicants that were interested in working at LePetite Academy but said it didn’t pay enough. (I know how hard it is to run a business and am here extremely happy with what you offer.) My only recommendation would be raising rates so that you could acquire quality committed staff, and not be understaffed? This may not work and is a suggestion without seeing all the factors. I would be willing to pay more for my child, so that staff weren’t stretched so thin. Staff never communicated this to me but seems evident with the directors stepping in to assist as much as they do. Just my thoughts based on my own experience. If anyone wanted further input I’d love to be a part of a solution based approached. As I said, we are extremely happy."
